halo exp promote

Open a PR pointing –ring at –release (never merges); requires a promote verdict

Usage

halo exp promote <name> [flags]

Flags

--dry-run		bool	false	print the patch instead of opening a PR

--release		string		release digest to pin (required)
--ring		string		ring to re-point (required)
--roi-identities		string		identity roster CSV: add the delivery ROI (halo roi report) to the PR body; informational only
--server		string		halo-server base URL (or HALO_SERVER) for the incident freeze (ADR-0030); session from HALO_SESSION
--user		string		ClickHouse user (password from HALO_CLICKHOUSE_PASSWORD)
